Louise comes from a broad commercial and advisory career with experience across strategy consultancy, private equity and business services, having worked with PwC’s deal consulting team in London and a leading private family office in Scotland before moving into executive search. Alongside Jane Gilchrist she established the New Town Partnership in 2015.

Jane began her professional career with a leading international recruitment firm. Her executive search career has been spent working across London and Edinburgh, most recently with a City-based practice delivering a number of high profile C-suite and Board-level mandates.  In 2015 she set up New Town Partnership alongside Louise Gibson.
